As the official authorized Stat-X® distributor for Italy, Cassiano Group is able to design, install, and commission aerosol fire suppression systems, also issuing certification of proper installation and commissioning for the Italian terrestrial market.
Stat-X is a condensed aerosol fire suppression system designed to provide rapid and effective protection for a wide range of terrestrial applications.
Thanks to its high efficiency, the absence of pressurized cylinders or piping, and its simple installation, Stat-X is the ideal solution for electrical panels, server rooms, technical rooms, transformer cabinets, industrial machinery, generators, special vehicles, and critical small-to-medium technical enclosures.
Unlike traditional gas systems, Stat-X uses compact, sealed generators that activate within seconds of detecting a fire, releasing ultra-fine aerosol particles with extremely high extinguishing efficiency. This ensures immediate flame suppression, minimizes equipment damage, and significantly reduces downtime.
The system is non-corrosive, electrically non-conductive, and safe for personnel, making it ideal for environments containing sensitive equipment or operating staff.

Stat-X aerosol technology is different:

  • NO distribution piping, manifold, or nozzles
  • NO floor space requirement or shoring up for weight
  • NO special handling for compressed gas cylinders
  • NO venting or ceiling tile clips for discharge forces
  • NO solenoid actuators, control heads, or hoses
  • NO water drains or pipe freeze protection
  • NO system pressurization or room integrity tests

Integration with Kentec Sigma XT and Vizulinx

For terrestrial applications, Cassiano Group uses the Kentec Sigma XT as the main control panel-one of the most reliable and widely adopted solutions in the fire suppression sector.
The Sigma XT allows multi-zone management, configurable activation logic, sensor integration, and full control of Stat-X generators.

The panel can also be equipped with Kentec Vizulinx, an advanced gateway enabling:

remote system monitoring

email/SMS notifications

BMS integration via Modbus and BACnet

centralized management through supervision platforms

Thanks to this architecture, Stat-X becomes a complete, intelligent, and fully monitorable system, suitable even for the most complex industrial environments.
